Upcycle Kids art: Scooter Paper tinkle made from old drawings

Medium: Old artwoks
Price: None
Learning: Up-cycle old artworks

My friend Himandri at Mum paints lives made a bunting from the her son's artwork. Here is what we made using old artwork. I asked M to pick up a drawing that she will like to up-cycle. ( We initially started with an idea to create buntings)

She cut them into strips. She enjoyed punching holes into them. So much that it can become a craft project in itself. Each strip was decorated differently- one with glitters, other with felt pens and crayons.
And she loves the ribbons( I am in search of ideas for ribbon related crafts). So in the end I tied a ribbon through the buntings and hanged it onto her pretty pink scooter. She loved it. We called it a "Paper Tinkle", perhaps we can try some bells and beads next time. One more craft noted down on my Craft list.
